Responsibilities- Perform regular safety inspections for facilities, equipment, and Logistics operations- Support Serious Accident Punishment Act (SAPA) compliance and safety governance- Manage contractor safety and logistics-related risk controls- Support secure operation of material handling equipment and related processes- Develop and conduct EHS training programs for employees and contractors- Support safety awareness campaigns and employee engagement activities- Audits & Continuous Improvement- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special EHS projects- Ensure compliance with Korea OSH Act, KOSHA standards and internal policies- Maintain LMK EHS management systems and support ISO 45001 requirements- Liaise with government agencies and support regulatory inspections and auditsQualifications- Bachelor's degree in industrial safety engineering,
occupational safety engineering or related field- Certified Industrial Safety Engineer (required)- 8-12 years of experience in EHS or safety management- Experience in Logistics / manufacturing safety management- Knowledge of Korean EHS regulations and KOSHA requirements- ISO 45001 experience and/or auditor qualification- Industrial Hygiene Engineer or Air Pollution Control Engineer- Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and compliance management- Ability to implement safety programs and achieve measurable results- Strong communication skills (Korean & English preferred)- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and agility in a fast‑paced work environment
