We’re a growing engineering consultancy founded in 2018 and expanded in 2025 with the acquisition of Electrical Reticulation Design Services (ERDS). Together, we’re a team of 50+ engineers, designers, and drafters delivering major projects across Queensland.

What You’ll Be Working On

You won’t be stuck doing small, disconnected tasks.

You’ll contribute to major infrastructure projects, such as:

· Coomera Connector

· Gateway Motorway to Bruce Highway upgrade

Technical focus areas include

- Traffic Signals
- Street Lighting
- Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS)

You’ll have ownership of your work, support from management, and space to grow. You will also be given exposure and the chance to work on sub-divisions, network planning and distribution projects. This Role Is a Good Fit If You…

- Hold a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering
- Have 1 to 5 years of experience
- Are working towards gaining RPEQ registration
- Have experience using AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software
- Communicate well (with teammates, clients, and stakeholders)
- Can manage your workload with minimal supervision
