What You will Be DoingYou will lead the team that keeps everything moving:
- Run the floor – supervise daily maintenance and keep systems operating smoothly
- Own breakdown response – fix issues quick and minimise downtime
- Plan ahead – drive preventative maintenance and scheduling through CMMS
- Track performance – monitor system uptime and report against KPIs
- Lead safety – maintain strong WHS standards and a zero-harm culture
- Drive improvement – identify issues early and continuously lift performance
What You Bring
- Electrical Trade or Tertiary Qualification (essential)
- Low Level Controls
- Proven experience leading or supervising technical teams
- Strong fault-finding skills in automation or high-speed environments
- A genuine Safety-First mindset
- Confidence working in operational, shift-based environments
Nice to Have (Highly Regarded)
- Experience with conveyors, motors, gearboxes
- Exposure to Siemens PLC, SCADA, AS-i, Profibus/Profine
