About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join an underground mining operator on a 8/6 FIFO roster.
You will be required to:
- Develop project deliverables and manage the successful transition of project/phase closure
- Quality management
- Monitor HSE compliance
- Define project objectives/schedules and critical activities
- Monitor the project plan/schedule and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor and manage project performance in line with safety standards, requirements, budget and scope
- Manage contract execution and analysis to maximise operational and financial performance
What you will Need:
- South Australian Electrical Trade Qualification
- Risk/Cost/Schedule Management
- Proven Construction Leadership experience
- White Card
What’s In It For You:
