The Role You will provide domestic electrical maintenance and installation services while delivering professional, reliable and customer-focused solutions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Completing domestic electrical maintenance, installations and repairs.
- Diagnosing electrical faults and providing safe, effective solutions.




- Working with customers to identify and plan the right solution for their homes.
- Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Using our field technology and upfront-pricing system to provide a consistent customer experience.
- Ensuring all work complies with applicable safety requirements, regulations and Australian Standards.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and skilled work setting.

Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current Victorian Electrical Licence.
- A current Victorian driver’s licence, with a manual licence preferred.
- Experience in domestic electrical service work.
- First-class fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- A commitment to quality workmanship and professional conduct.

Mandatory Requirements

- Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
- A satisfactory police check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements for appointment to this role.
