About the Role: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Electronics Assemblers to join a high-performing manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assemble electronic and mechanical products, maintain exceptional quality standards, and contribute to the production of globally distributed automotive technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble electronic and mechanical products by following detailed work instructions.
- Complete production work orders within required cycle times and output targets.
- Perform soldering and assembly of electronic components to quality standards.
- Record daily production data accurately using manufacturing systems.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
- Safely operate hand tools and production equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality requirements.
- Escalate production or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience assembling electronic or electromechanical products is highly regarded.
- Confident in hand soldering through-hole electronic components.
- Experience handling printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
- Competent in using hand tools for mechanical assembly.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately.
- Good English communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team.
- An interest in automotive technology or motorsports will be highly regarded.
