Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ingleburn, NSW for an Embroidery Machine Operator. The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring embroidery machines to produce high-quality branded apparel and promotional items.

Responsibilities include reading and interpreting job orders, hooping garments, threading machines, loading designs, and performing test runs to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The Embroidery Machine

Operator inspects finished products for quality, makes necessary adjustments,



and performs routine machine cleaning and maintenance. The role also includes working collaboratively with the production and customer service teams to meet deadlines, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and support an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

Experience operating commercial or industrial embroidery machines, including setup, threading, and basic troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail and quality control skills, with the ability to inspect finished items and correct issues promptly.

Basic computer skills for loading designs, reading production schedules, and using embroidery software or machine interfaces.

Valuable organizational and time management skills to handle multiple jobs, meet deadlines, and maintain a tidy work area.

Ability to read and follow work orders, design specifications, and garment instructions accurately.

Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move boxes of garments or materials, and perform repetitive tasks safely.

Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with team members and supervisors.

Previous experience in apparel decoration, screen printing, or promotional products manufacturing is an advantage.
