Are you passionate about helping people overcome barriers and achieve lasting employment?

We're seeking an Employment Consultant - Drug & Alcohol to support participants facing substance misuse and other complex barriers to work. You'll provide tailored employment support, build strong employer relationships, and help individuals secure sustainable and meaningful careers.

What You'll Do

- Manage a caseload of participants and provide personalised support
- Assist with CVs, job applications, interview preparation and job search activities
- Identify and address barriers to employment
- Build relationships with local employers and promote suitable candidates
- Deliver ongoing support to achieve sustainable employment outcomes




- Maintain compliance and accurate participant records

About You

✅ Experience in Employment Services, Community Services, Drug & Alcohol, Mental Health, Recruitment, Case Management or a similar field

✅ Robust communication and relationship-building skills

✅ Target-driven, organised and resilient

✅ Passionate about making a genuine difference in people's lives
