About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Empty Shipping Container Twin Pick Forklift Driver to join our team at Melbourne Container Park. As a full time role based in our Tottenham, VIC location, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of empty shipping containers within our facility.

Located in Melbourne's West, we are a family-owned empty shipping container yard, seeking a keen and energetic experienced Shipping Container forklift driver to join our friendly team. We are a small yard with a strong safety culture.

Experience operating a reach stacker would be desirable advantage.

Our business hours are Monday to Friday, with plenty of opportunity for overtime and weekend work available.

Typical Duties (but not limited to):

*To load and unload trucks in a safe and efficient manner.

*To communicate with container control, workshop and surveyors as required.

*Liaise with the Operations Manager / Senior Controller to ensure workshop, wash bay,



survey pad and pre-trip are changed immediately once completed.

*Locate and make accessible; off-hires, sale, long-stay or any other boxes required by the customer.
