Join a leading multi-discipline design engineering consultancy delivering complex projects across the mining sector. We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee the overall direction of the Engineering department, and to achieve targeted outcomes for engineering services across the Company’s engineering projects. In this role, you will provide technical and commercial leadership to ensure that all engineering disciplines are working in correlation with the company’s strategic goals and client requirements.

Key Accountabilities include

Lead a dynamic Engineering team capable of planning and executing engineering projects with a primary focus on adhering to strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Address and resolve project-related challenges promptly, utilising strong analytical skills to make informed decisions that prioritise project success while upholding quality standards.



Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, assisting in problem-solving and decision-making where necessary to uphold quality standards.

Reporting and Forecasting of team performance, resourcing capability and capacity.

Work Planning resolution and load balancing within Vantagepoint ERP software

Support business growth and improvement targets with productivity and efficiency to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with organisational goals. What You'll Bring:

A Bachelors degree in Engineering of related Business field, with MBA level qualifications being advantageous to the role.

20+ years’ experience in Engineering, including demonstrable management and leadership roles.

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale complex projects in the resources, mining and minerals processing sectors.

Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, particularly in aligning technical strategies with business objectives. Apply now
