The Prospect
Reporting to the Reliability Planning Manager,
you will be responsible for coordinating administrative and stores activities that support maintenance and reliability functions across the site. This role combines maintenance administration, contractor management, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives to help drive operational excellence.
Generate and process purchase orders through the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support maintenance activities and projects.
Manage and maintain administrative functions within the MEX system.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering and Reliability function.
Operate forklifts within the engineering and stores areas as required.
