What you'll be doing

As an Enrolled Nurse,



you'll provide safe, compassionate and evidence-based nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, supporting consumers throughout their recovery journey while contributing to high-quality clinical outcomes.

- Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
- Monitor, assess and report changes in consumers' physical and mental health, escalating concerns appropriately.
- Support consumers with activities of daily living, therapeutic engagement and emotional wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide protected, person-centred mental health care, including supporting consumers with complex mental health presentations.

Current Endorsed Enrolled Nurse Division 2 Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Effective interpersonal skills showing initiative and leadership.

- Commitment to continuing professional development and demonstrated ability to utilise information technology within a variety of applications and willingness to undertake training.
