Enterprise Applications Lead Adelaide 2-Year Fixed Term Contract | Strong Extension Potential An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Applications Lead to join a major technology transformation supporting the establishment of a current enterprise IT operating model.

This senior operational leadership role is focused on service ownership across a diverse enterprise and clinical application landscape, ensuring operational excellence as the organisation transitions into business-as-usual operations.

This is not a project delivery role. Instead, you'll provide operational leadership, manage key technology vendors and take ownership of the ongoing performance and support of critical business applications.

The Role You will take ownership of the organisation's enterprise and clinical application environment, partnering with business stakeholders, clinical teams and external service providers to deliver stable, high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

- Own operational support across enterprise and clinical applications, including HRIS, workforce management and patient administration systems
- Manage application vendors and service partners, ensuring service levels and operational outcomes are achieved
- Lead incident, problem and change management activities




- Drive operational readiness and service acceptance from project into BAU
- Maintain application documentation, knowledge management and operational standards
- Manage software licensing and application asset governance
- Partner with business and clinical stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery
- Identify opportunities for ongoing service improvement and operational excellence

About You: • Extensive experience leading enterprise application support functions

- Strong vendor management and service delivery experience
- Experience supporting large, business-critical application portfolios
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
- Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and operational governance
- Experience working within complex, highly regulated environments
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
