We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our R&D; Operations team and play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

This role will lead complex enterprise deprecation projects, helping us retire legacy systems and tools while ensuring a smooth transition across products, applications and teams. You'll be responsible for bringing structure, clarity and momentum to initiatives that have a significant impact across the organisation, including the deprecation of our CI code base and Crystal Reports.

Reporting to the Release Program Manager, you'll work closely with a broad range of stakeholders across R&D; to plan, coordinate and deliver strategic projects that improve our technology ecosystem, reduce complexity and enable better ways of working.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead and manage enterprise-level deprecation projects from planning through to successful delivery, ensuring milestones, scope, budget and quality expectations are achieved.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, key activities, responsibilities, dependencies, communications and delivery risks.
- Partner with product teams, engineering teams and business stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure alignment across multiple workstreams.
- Track and report on project progress, key metrics, risks and issues, providing clear visibility to stakeholders and leadership.
- Identify potential delivery challenges early and implement effective mitigation strategies to keep projects moving forward.
- Build strong relationships across the organisation, bringing teams together to drive collaboration and achieve shared outcomes.
- Contribute to strategic planning, enterprise risk management and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes, ways of working and project delivery practices to increase efficiency and create greater business value.
