Reporting into our UK based Entertainment Manager, you'll work alongside another Entertainment Coordinator and the Head of Event Creative & Talent to help deliver world class entertainment across hundreds of events each year.
What You'll Be Doing:

- Working closely with the Head of Event Creative & Talent to maintain creative vision and production standards across all event brands.
- Coordinating performer schedules, availability and show allocations.
- Managing performer contracting and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Organising travel, accommodation and logistics where required.
- Preparing and distributing performer briefs, call sheets and event information.
- Acting as the main day to day contact for performers leading up to events.
- Supporting rehearsals and ensuring performers are fully prepared for every show.
- Maintaining performer databases, availability and internal records.
- Working closely with the Events, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure smooth event delivery.
- Helping maintain high performance standards and consistency across all shows.
- Supporting the wider Creative & Talent department with projects as required.
Working Pattern: ? Remote role based in Australia.
This role forms part of our wider UK based Creative & Talent department. You'll report directly to our UK based Entertainment Manager and work closely with another Entertainment Coordinator and the Head of Event Creative & Talent.
While the role will primarily operate during Australian business hours, regular collaboration with the UK team is essential. You'll be expected to remain contactable throughout the working day and attend team meetings several times each week, many of which will take place during the evening in Australia to accommodate UK working hours.
Flexibility around working hours is therefore essential, as is a willingness to collaborate across multiple time zones as part of a global team.
Some flexibility around evenings and weekends will also be required during busy event periods.
