? Entry Level Geotechnical Engineers – Sydney ?

Rapid Geo Pty Ltd is one of Sydney’s fastest-growing geotechnical engineering consultancies, and we’re looking for multiple enthusiastic entry-level engineers or geologists to join our construction phase engineering team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick-start their career in geotechnical engineering with plenty of hands-on field experience and genuine career progression.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geology
- Robust work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Australian driver’s licence (or ability to obtain one)

What You’ll Be Doing As a Construction Phase Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll be working on major infrastructure and building projects across Sydney, including:
- Pile inspections
- Excavation inspections
- Bearing capacity inspections
- Proof rolling and subgrade assessments
- Site investigations and geotechnical testing




- Preparing site records and technical reports
- Working closely with contractors, builders and project managers
