Due to continued growth, they're looking to add an Environmental Advisor to their small, tight-knit Perth-based team. This is a broad, hands-on role offering exposure across the full breadth of the business, giving you the chance to build wide-ranging experience and develop your skills as the business scales.
The Role
Reporting into the Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting environmental approvals, planning and compliance across the business as it moves through key project milestones, from approvals through to construction and operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and managing Environmental Plans (EPs) and supporting approvals documentation
- Supporting regulator engagement and environmental reporting
- Assisting with environmental planning, compliance and monitoring requirements across the business
- Occasionally supporting field activities,
including quarterly water and soil testing trips to the Kimberley region
About You
- Minimum of 3–4+ years' experience in an environmental role (senior candidates also encouraged to apply)
- Strong working knowledge of developing environmental plans, approvals processes and regulator engagement
- GIS exposure is a bonus but not essential
- Previous site monitoring/testing/sampling experience beneficial
- You are a hands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to jump in where needed
