About the Role

Join a role where kindness, connection and care truly matter. We're seeking caring Environmental Service Workers to join our friendly team at Fair Haven Aged Care in Maryborough, helping to create a clean, protected and welcoming environment where residents feel at home.

Key Responsibilities

- Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
- Laundry duties (washing, drying, folding and distribution)
- Assisting in the kitchen with meal preparation and service
- Supporting dining room setup and pack down
- Following infection control and safety procedures
- Work closely with the team to keep things running smoothly

About You

- Reliable, positive and team-orientated
- Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, hospitality, or kitchen hand roles (aged care experience is desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage competing priorities
- Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts
- Hold valid Australian Work Rights – Unfortunately we are not currently able to sponsor
