Role Overview

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Technical Leads and Senior Data Engineers to join our growing data practice. This flexible engagement offers the opportunity to partner with enterprise clients, lead technical delivery, and design scalable modern data platforms, data lakes, and enterprise warehouses.

Whether you are looking for permanent career progression or project-based consulting engagements, this EOI aims to identify talented engineers and advisor with expertise across Snowflake, dbt, SAP data integration, and analytics architectures.

What You Will Deliver

- Technical Strategy & Advisory: Lead client engagements to translate complex business challenges into pragmatic, scalable modern data platform strategies.
- Architecture & Hands-On Engineering: Design, build, and optimise enterprise data products using Snowflake, dbt, and cloud orchestrators.
- Legacy-to-Modern Integration: Migrate, model, and integrate complex data sources (including SAP BW/BO ecosystem data) into modern analytics targets.
- Governance & Standards: Establish robust technical documentation, continuous integration (CI/CD) pipelines, data quality frameworks, and security best practices.
- Practice & Team Leadership: Mentor junior/mid-level data engineers, review technical designs, and foster high-performing, collaborative engineering practices.

Who We Are Looking For




- 8+ Years Experience: Demonstrated track record in senior data engineering, advisory, or consulting roles.
- Core Technology Mastery: Mandatory expertise in Snowflake; highly desirable experience with dbt, SAP (BW/BO/SAC), Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Azure (ADF/Power Platform).
- Data Modelling & ETL: Deep background in dimensional modelling (Kimball), data lake house patterns, and modern pipeline orchestration.
- AI-Assisted Engineering Mindset: Familiarity with AI delivery tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Snowflake Cortex Code) and a strategic understanding of enterprise AI applications.
- Client-Facing Confidence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence non-technical business leaders and technical teams alike.
