We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest for the following roles:

- Hydrotest Technicians
- N2He Leak Test Technicians
- Chemical Cleaning / Oil Flushing Technicians
- Air Blowing Technicians

Preferred candidates would be Brisbane based.

Location: Kent Future Fuels Project - Ampol Refinery, Lytton, Brisbane.

Start Date: TBC depending on role.

Hydrotest Technician Requirements:

- Proven hydrostatic pressure testing experience to ASME B31.3
- Competent in system preparation, pressurisation, and test execution
- Ability to read isometrics and complete QA test documentation
- Experience with pumps, gauges, and test equipment calibration
- Shutdown or construction experience preferred
- Air blowing / N2He leak testing experience advantageous

N2He Leak Test Technician Requirements:

- Proven experience in nitrogen / helium leak testing




- Competent operating mass spectrometers and leak test equipment
- Experience with system isolation, purging, pressurisation, and venting
- Ability to read P&ID;'s and complete QA documentation
- Shutdown or construction experience preferred
- Hydrotesting / air blowing experience advantageous

Chemical Cleaning / Oil Flushing Technician Requirements:

- Demonstrated experience in chemical cleaning, degreasing, and oil flushing
- Competent setting up temporary flushing and filtration systems
- Ability to control and monitor flow, temperature, pressure, and cleanliness
- Experience conducting NAS / ISO cleanliness testing
- Strong safety awareness when handling chemicals and hazardous substances
- Pre‑commissioning or construction experience preferred

Air Blowing Technician Requirements:

- Proven experience performing air blowing to pre‑commissioning specifications
- Competent setting up air blow circuits, quick open valves, burst disks, and catch arrangements
- Experience operating compressors and achieving required velocities and pressures
- Boroscoping experience and reporting capability
- Strong safety awareness for high‑pressure and noise environments
- Hydrotesting / N2He leak testing experience advantageous

Rates:

- Hydrotest Technician - $65 / hr
- N2He Leak Test Technician - $65 / hr
- Chemical Cleaning / Oil Flushing Technician - $65 / hr
- Air Blowing Technician - $65 / hr
- Any Supervisor role for the above - $75-80 / hr depends on the experience.
