ERP Data Migration & Integration Project Manager | SAP S/4HANA Transformation Your new company

I'm partnering with a major organisation undertaking a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and am seeking an experienced ERP Data Migration & Integration Project Manager to lead a critical stream across data migration, integrations, reporting and analytics.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be responsible for managing delivery partners, guiding specialist technical teams, and ensuring successful end-to-end execution of data migration and integration activities within a Fit-to-Standard SAP environment.

Your recent role

- Lead and mentor the Data Migration, Integration, Reporting & Analytics team throughout the SAP S/4HANA program.
- Manage the planning, review and delivery of migration, integration and reporting outcomes delivered by System Integrators.
- Oversee ETL platform design, build and operational activities supporting source-to-target SAP migrations.
- Drive data governance initiatives with business stakeholders, data owners and stewards.
- Lead data profiling, reconciliation reporting, defect management and audit support activities.
- Ensure functional specifications accurately align SAP S/4HANA, Employee Central and SuccessFactors data structures.
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, release management and code version control processes.
- Deliver integration solutions, reporting capabilities and migration plans aligned to business processes and enterprise architecture.
- Support ECC to SAP S/4HANA Payroll migration activities, including reconciliation and validation processes.




- Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to drive adoption of Fit-to-Standard and Clean Core principles.

What you'll need to succeed

- Proven experience leading data migration and integration workstreams within large SAP transformation programs.
- Strong SAP Payroll and Finance implementation experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering ECC to SAP S/4HANA and/or Employee Central payroll migrations.
- Experience developing data profiling, reconciliation and governance frameworks.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP PI/PO integration development.
- Experience delivering solutions on SAP BTP and SAP Cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience delivering Fit-to-Standard SAP implementations and Clean Core architecture.
- Working knowledge of SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
- Strong understanding of SAP ECC Payroll, Finance and EAM data structures and their alignment to S/4HANA, Employee Central and SuccessFactors.
- Experience with SAP BODS migration tooling will be highly regarded.
- SAP S/4HANA upgrade and migration experience will be advantageous.
