We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team due to continued expansion and increasing project demand.

This role is ideal for a capable, detail-oriented Estimator with solid experience in insurance building repairs. You will be responsible for preparing accurate repair scopes and estimates, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working collaboratively with insurers, assessors,



trades, suppliers, and internal teams to achieve quality outcomes.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for:

Preparing accurate repair scopes, quotations, and cost estimates for residential insurance repair projects.

Reviewing assessment reports, plans, photographs, and supporting documentation to determine repair requirements.

Preparing estimates using industry estimating software and ensuring compliance with insurer requirements and company standards.

Liaising with insurers, assessors, clients, trades, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the estimating process.

Obtaining and reviewing subcontractor and supplier quotations where required.

Identifying potential variations, risks, and cost-saving opportunities while maintaining repair quality.
