About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC estimates, tenders, and proposals, driving pipeline growth, and supporting project delivery. Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you'll help deliver commercial solutions while achieving sales and margin targets.

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years' experience in HVAC estimating or a similar role
- Qualifications in Engineering, Estimating, or a related discipline
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, BCA, and relevant Australian Standards
- Experience preparing tenders, proposals, and variation pricing
- Strong commercial, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting
- Commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork
