You'll work closely with senior leadership to help build the estimating capability, influence how the function develops and play a genuine part in the next phase of growth. While the operation is still growing, you'll have the backing, resources and financial strength of a major Australian contracting group.
The opportunity
- Play a key role in building the estimating function as the business grows across the East Coast.
- Lead the estimating process from tender review through to submission, working across a varied portfolio of civil infrastructure projects.
- Work closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities and secure new work.
- Help develop estimating systems, processes and capability as the team expands.
- Be part of a business where your ideas and input will genuinely influence the direction of the operation.
About you
- Extensive first principles estimating experience within civil construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, productivity rates and project sequencing.
- Confident reviewing drawings, specifications and contract documentation.
- Looking for the opportunity to have a genuine influence on a growing operation, not just the next tender.
