About the Role - Estimator

We are currently looking for an Estimator to join our friendly and exciting team in Dandenong South in a full-time capacity. You will be provided with trainings of SEM systems and relevant industry regulations.

The ideals candidate's duties will include, though will not be limited to

- Maintain existing business relationships with clients

- Extract and interpret key data and information quickly and accurately from plans, specifications and documentations

- Interact and communicate effectively as part of a team, with internal and external.

- Provide clients with project estimates and quotations

- Collect required information to quote on projects





- Proactively communicate with sub-contract and materials suppliers request for pricing

- Communicate with offshore Quotation team

- Review plans and window schedules for the purpose of estimating the project

About You

- Understanding of building plans and reading drawings, is preferred but not essential.

- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Attention to details

- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

- Can speak and read mandarin
