We are seeking a skilled Onshore ETL Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and data engineering teams. The role involves analysing data requirements, defining transformation logic, and ensuring high-quality data integration across systems. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in data analysis, ETL processes, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements & Analysis

 Gather and analyze business and data requirements from stakeholders

 Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications

 Define and document Source-to-Target Mapping (STTM)

Data Analysis & Profiling

 Analyze source systems, schemas, and data flows

 Perform data profiling, validation,



and quality assessment

 Identify data issues, gaps, and inconsistencies

ETL & Data Integration Support

 Collaborate with ETL developers to:

o Define data transformation rules o Support data cleansing and enrichment requirements o Ensure data lineage and traceability

 Support integration across multiple systems

Documentation

 Create and maintain:

o Source-to-Target Mapping documents o Data dictionaries and metadata o Process and data flow diagrams

 Document business rules and transformation logic

Testing & Validation

 Develop test scenarios, test cases, and expected results

 Support SIT and UAT cycles

 Validate ETL outputs against business requirements and data rules

Stakeholder Management

 Act as a liaison between business, data engineers, and QA teams

 Facilitate discussions, clarify requirements, and resolve issues

 Provide regular status updates and documentation

Minimum Years of Experience : 8 Years
