We're looking for an experienced Event Producer who can confidently take ownership of projects from brief through to delivery. You'll be equally comfortable managing keynote sessions, exhibition builds, client stakeholders and onsite delivery, while collaborating with our creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.

About the role

You'll take ownership of projects from brief through to final reconciliation, leading clients, suppliers and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Working alongside our creative, strategy and content teams, you'll play a key role in shaping experiences, not just delivering them.

This is a senior client-facing role where you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, solve problems and build lasting client relationships.

What you'll be doing

- Produce conferences, customer events, executive experiences and exhibitions from concept through to delivery.
- Lead project planning including timelines, budgets, production schedules and critical paths.
- Manage venues, production partners, speakers, exhibitors and suppliers.
- Work closely with strategy, creative and content teams to bring event concepts to life.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and provide confident production advice throughout the project.
- Lead onsite delivery, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.
- Manage project finances including estimates, purchase orders, reconciliations and reporting.




- Contribute ideas that improve the attendee experience and help deliver better outcomes for our clients.

About you

You'll probably have

- 4-7 years producing corporate events within an agency environment
- Has delivered conferences featuring keynote presentations, breakout programs and exhibition environments.
- Strong technical production knowledge across staging, AV and exhibition delivery
- Can confidently manage multiple projects from brief through to reconciliation.
- Builds solid relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Understands budgets, commercial outcomes and production logistics.
- Thrives under pressure and enjoys solving problems before they become issues.
- Is proactive, organised and genuinely enjoys creating exceptional experiences.
