We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Events Specialist to join our Marketing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing events and campaigns to life, enjoys building relationships and takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences for customers, dealers and internal stakeholders across Australia.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing & Advertising Manager, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering a diverse range of national events, dealer programs and marketing initiatives that support one of Australia's most recognised automotive brands.
From national conferences and VIP customer experiences to incentive programs and industry exhibitions, in this role you'll be responsible for ensuring every event is delivered professionally, on time and within budget. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, dealerships and external agencies to support broader marketing activities and help strengthen the Isuzu brand across Australia.
What You'll Be Doing
- Coordinate national conferences, seminars and dealer meetings across Sales, Service and Parts.
- Deliver memorable VIP customer events, hospitality programs and dealer recognition functions.
- Manage live and virtual events,
exhibitions and industry trade shows from planning through to execution.
- Coordinate dealer incentive and recognition programs.
- Support promotional campaigns, sponsorship activities and local area marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with creative and event agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outcomes.
- Manage branded merchandise, promotional inventory and event collateral.
- Monitor event budgets, purchase orders and invoice reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- Build strong relationships with dealerships, suppliers and internal stakeholders across the business.
This role will involve managing events during work hours, but there will be a requirement to work after hours or on weekends when our events happen.
This role will involve both domestic and international travel.
About You
You'll be an organised events professional who enjoys managing multiple projects and creating exceptional experiences. You have a strong eye for detail, love working with people and can confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You'll also bring
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Events or a related discipline.
- Experience coordinating corporate events, conferences or promotional activities.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
- Confidence managing budgets, invoices and event administration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience within automotive, retail, wholesale or dealership environments will be highly regarded.
