We have the chance for HSC Supervisors to join the Scots All Saints College team role in 2026. You will be responsible for managing the preparation, conduct and supervision of the HSC Examinations, possibly some shorter, school-managed examination periods throughout the year. This role is perfect for someone who is organised, understands the workings of a school or other educational institution and who is looking for flexibility in their work.

This is a casual role to start this year 13 October – 5 November (HSC) and for 2026 onwards when you may be required to work sporadic periods throughout the year including Year 12 HSC Trial examinations usually in August, and HSC October to November.

HSC Supervisors duties may include:

- Checking exam rooms are properly equipped and set up
- Supervising students in exam rooms
- Collecting completed exam papers
- Packing up after exams.

Essential requirements of HSC supervisor:
- Have a valid paid Working With Childrens Check
- Work as part of a team
- Have attention to detail
- Be able to carry out duties in confidence and with discretion
- Be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Be able to work collaboratively with the school
- Be able to complete the online training/webinars provided by NESA




- Knowledge in Excel

Supervisors must not supervise at any school where they have a friend or close relative who is:
- Sitting the HSC or
- An employee of the school
- Cannot tutor HSC students

All Supervisors are employees of NESA and not Scots All Saints College. The appointment of a Supervisor will be made by the Presiding Officer on behalf of NESA.
