Russell Heale Screw Piling is a well-established Gold Coast family business with over 30 years of experience in the piling industry. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Excavator Operator / HC Driver to join our team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include

- Operating excavators for screw piling installations
- Machine pre-starts and daily maintenance
- Transporting machinery and equipment to and from project sites
- Working closely with our installation crews on commercial and residential projects




- Loading and unloading machinery safely
- Some travel away from home will be required (short periods only)

About You

You will have

- Experience operating excavators in construction, civil or piling works
- Construction white card
- Minimum HC Licence with float experience.
- Applicants with an HR Licence will also be considered if they are willing to upgrade to an HC Licence
- A strong commitment to workplace safety
- A positive attitude, reliability and a solid work ethic
- The ability to work well within a team and represent our company professionally on site
