The position is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support in the areas of internal and external correspondence, communications, records and reports, travel, meetings, and appointments.
Responsibilities include: Assist in client liaison and management responsibilities
Assist in event management planning and implementation
Prepare correspondence, sales presentations, financial and other reports & documents, as required
Pro-actively manage Expense Recording, Diary Management, Travel Management, Company Governance matters
Liaise with colleagues in different business units and assist with corporate administration matters
Follow-up of requests for information, action, and feedback on certain matters
Maintain office procedures in a professional manner
Update Work in Progress Reports and CRM on weekly basis
Manage and respond to (where appropriate) internal (including global) requests for information.
Skills, Knowledge, Competencies:
4-5 years prior experience in a similar corporate assistant role
Advanced PC skills, specifically MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and InDesign
Ability to honour confidentiality of information
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organisational skills, attention to details and time-management practices
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with company stakeholders, including but not limited to government organizations and corporate clients in a responsible manner
Ability to take initiative and make decisions
Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task
Experience with AI tools and online database management is valuable but not essential.
