YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso-based beverages to the highest standard, ensuring consistency in taste, temperature, and presentation.
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable café moments.
- Familiarise yourself with VIP and regular guests to ensure their preferences are known and their expectations are exceeded.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene,
and food safety across all areas of the café.
- Contribute to a positive team culture built on collaboration, pride in craft, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience as a Barista in a high-volume or premium café workplace.
- A genuine passion for coffee — from extraction to presentation, you take pride in every cup.
- Latte Art Legend
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team-first mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
