We’re looking for dedicated, enthusiastic, and values-driven educators and professionals to join our team in the following position:

Your Role and Impact

You’ll bring passion, creativity, and care to every day, helping create an environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to learn.

You will

- Deliver engaging, play-based programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

- Observe and document children’s learning and progress

- Collaborate closely with families and your team to create meaningful experiences

- Support and mentor your colleagues

- Contribute to community events, celebrations, and family connections

What You’ll Need

Depending on the role, you’ll hold or be working towards:

- A Cert III or Studying to work towards.

- A current Working with Children Check (WA)

- A valid First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification (or willingness to renew within 4 weeks of commencement)

- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for children and learning

If you’re new to the industry, trainee roles offer a supported pathway into early childhood education, with on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced educators.
