We take pride in creating beautiful, high-quality flowers for our local community, and we’re looking for someone who shares the same passion for flowers, creativity and customer service.
About the Role

What You’ll Do
- Create hand-tied bouquets and bespoke floral arrangements
- Prepare and condition fresh flowers
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Process orders and prepare flowers for collection and delivery
- Maintain shop presentation and floral displays
- Keep the workspace clean, organised and well stocked
What We’re Looking For
- Previous florist experience is essential.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confident in bouquet making and everyday floristry work.
- Friendly, reliable and well organised.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a small team.
- Fluent English communication skills preferred.
