The Lakes Early Learning Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated educators to join our team. Located in Springfield Lakes, our beautiful family-owned centre provides high-quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to school age.

Our centre boasts a beautiful outdoor environment, a passionate team of education specialists, and a commitment to creating meaningful experiences for children every day.

We value energy, honesty, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Our centre operates from 6:00am – 6:00pm, so flexibility to work within a rotating roster is essential. We are seeking educators who are available to work 4–5 days per week.

Current Positions Available:

Experienced Lead Educator – Nursery Room

We are looking for an experienced Nursery Lead Educator who is passionate about caring for our youngest children. You will have the ability to create nurturing relationships, provide engaging learning experiences, support your team, and help create a safe and welcoming environment for children and families.





Experienced Assistant Educators – Float Role

We are seeking experienced Assistant Educators to join our team in a Float position. This role will provide support across all age groups, working alongside educators to ensure high-quality care and learning experiences throughout the centre.

About You:

- Current Blue Card

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates (or willing to obtain)

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or currently working towards)

- Previous experience in an early childhood setting

- Strong understanding of the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF)

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our dedicated team

- Friendly, energetic, and reliable attitude

- Strong leadership skills (for Lead Educator applicants)
