Retic'Tech is a growing Perth-based landscape construction company delivering premium residential and commercial projects across the city.

We are looking for an experienced landscaper to join our team working across irrigation systems, turf installation, retaining walls, paving and landscape construction projects.

This is a full-time ongoing role suited to someone who enjoys wide-ranging work, takes pride in quality workmanship and wants long-term stability with opportunities to grow.

The role:

You will be involved in a broad range of landscape construction works, including:

- Reticulation system installation.
- Installation of natural and artificial turf
- Garden beds, edging, and softscape finishes
- Retaining walls
- General landscape construction works
- Reading plans and following project specifications

Work is primarily in the Perth metropolitan area, with occasional projects outside the metro.

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Landscaping or construction experience preferred
- Landscaping qualifications are an advantage, but not essential
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
- Good communication skills with clients and colleagues




- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- C Class Driver’s Licence
- Legal right to work in Australia

This role is best suited to someone comfortable taking initiative and working independently when required.

Remuneration & conditions:

- $35–40/hr + super + overtime opportunities (depending on experience)
- Overtime paid in accordance with the applicable Award
- Full-time, ongoing position
- Standard working hours are approximately 38-40 hours per week.
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
