Working alongside the principal, you will:

- Co-manage active listings
- Conduct open homes and buyer follow-up
- Prospect local homeowners
- Generate appraisal and listing opportunities
- Build your profile within an allocated area
- Assist with vendor communication and negotiations

We’re looking for someone who is: • Experienced in real estate sales, buyer management or prospecting

- Confident speaking with homeowners
- Professional, reliable and relationship focused
- Consistent with prospecting
- Coachable, ambitious and eager to learn
- Committed to exceptional client service




- Holding a current Queensland real estate registration or licence
