Seven Angels Care & Support Services is seeking an experienced and reliable Support Worker to provide full day‑to‑day assistance for an NDIS participant with severe mental disability. The role requires a high level of patience, professionalism, and the ability to manage personal care and daily living tasks independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily living support — assisting with meals, hygiene, dressing, and routine activities
- Personal care — showering, toileting, grooming, continence support
- Medication assistance — following care plans and reporting concerns
- Behavioural support — managing behaviours with calm, protected, and respectful approaches
- Community access — appointments, outings, and social engagement
- Record keeping — completing shift notes, incident reports, and communication logs
- NDIS compliance — delivering supports according to the participant’s plan goals

Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years experience supporting clients with severe mental disability or complex needs
- NDIS Worker Screening Check




- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong communication, de‑escalation, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately

Desirable

- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services
- Experience with high‑needs personal care
- Training in trauma‑informed care or behaviour management

Job Type: Casual Pay: From $40.00 per hour
