Suburban Connect (CPB Contractors, Ghella and Acciona) is delivering the Tunnels South package for SRL East between Cheltenham and Box Hill.

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from Safety Advisors interested in supporting a major infrastructure project as works progress toward tunnelling in 2026.

About The Opportunity Safety Advisors will support construction teams in safely delivering high-risk works, ensuring effective implementation of the project’s Safety and Health Management System and promoting a strong safety culture.

Advisors must be flexible and available to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Key Requirements

- OHS qualifications or equivalent
- Experience in construction or high-risk environments
- Strong knowledge of safety systems and legislation
- Ability to work autonomously on shift
- Incident investigation capability (ICAM preferred)
- Strong communication skills
