Due to continued growth, we are expanding our installation team and are seeking a skilled Fabricator / Installer to help deliver projects to a premium standard.

The Role

This is a hands-on position involving fabrication, assembly, and onsite installation of golf simulator systems. You will work both in our Yatala workshop and on client sites across Australia, delivering clean, qualified finishes that reflect our brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Fabrication and assembly of simulator structures
- Aluminium extrusion framing, timber work, and panel installation
- Screen, turf, and enclosure installation
- Residential and commercial onsite installations
- Reading and interpreting drawings and installation plans
- Maintaining workshop organisation and quality standards
- Safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and transport of installation materials

Travel Requirements

- Regular interstate travel is required




- Installation trips are typically 2–5 days in duration
- Occasional extended travel may be required for larger projects
- Travel and accommodation are fully covered by the company
- Daily travel allowances paid where applicable

Applicants must be comfortable working away from home on a regular basis.

Bonus Skills (Highly Regarded)

- PC building and hardware assembly
- Basic networking knowledge (Cat6, routers, switches)
- Experience with AV equipment, projectors, or simulator technology
- CNC or fabrication equipment experience
- Strong onsite problem-solving ability

You do not need to be an IT expert, but being comfortable around computers and technology is a strong advantage.

What We’re Looking For

- Trade background preferred (carpentry, shopfitting, cabinetmaking, fabrication, AV, or similar)
- Basic knowledge and confident use of common hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Reliable, self-motivated, and professional
- Physically capable of hands-on installation work
- Comfortable working in client homes and commercial environments
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current driver licence essential
