About the Chance
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Coordinator to ensure all ASC facility maintenance tasks are planned, supported and executed in a safe and compliant manner. Utilising ASC corporate maintenance systems and processes, the position is required to ensure all grounds, buildings, building services and infrastructure are maintained and serviceable in support of ASC’s business commitments, including out of hours support as required.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate planned, preventative and corrective maintenance activities across ASC facilities, buildings, services and infrastructure.
- Schedule maintenance works to minimise disruption to operations and ensure compliance with maintenance requirements.
Contractor and Vendor Management
- Coordinate contractor attendance, inductions, permits to work and site access requirements.
- Monitor contractor performance and manage service agreements to ensure quality, safety and value for money.
Asset Management
- Maintain accurate asset records within the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Support lifecycle management activities including inspections, condition assessments and replacement planning.
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with WHS, environmental, regulatory and ASC
