About the role

As a Farm Hand, you’ll provide general labour support to the Plastic Welding team, helping keep worksites safe, tidy and running smoothly. This is an unskilled role, with training provided, and a great prospect to gain experience working in aquaculture and marine operations.

What you’ll be doing

- Assisting Plastic Welders with day‑to‑day tasks on marine pens
- Pressure washing equipment and work areas




- Picking up, handling and moving ropes and materials
- Keeping plastic waste tidy and under control on site
- Supporting general setup, pack‑down and site housekeeping
- Carrying out basic labouring tasks as directed
- Following safety instructions and looking out for your own safety and the safety of others

- No formal qualifications required — training provided
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour
- Comfortable working outdoors and in marine conditions
- Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team
- Good safety awareness and a positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual and keen to learn
