Female Disability Support Worker – Southport, QLD (Morning Shifts)

Wise Healthcare is looking for a caring, reliable, and dedicated Female Disability Support Worker to join our team in Southport, QLD.

This role involves supporting a participant with their morning routine, personal care, and school preparation in a respectful and person-centred manner.

Job Details

Location: Southport, QLD

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Subcontractor (ABN required)

Shifts: Tuesday, Thursday & Friday

Hours: 6:45 AM – 9:45 AM (3-hour morning shifts)

Key Responsibilities

-Assist with the participant's morning routine

-Provide personal care support as required

-Assist with getting ready for school

-Safely transport and drop the participant off at school

-Deliver high-quality, person-centred support while promoting dignity and independence

Essential Requirements

-Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

-Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one if required)

-Current First Aid and CPR Certificate

-Valid Australian Driver's Licence

-Reliable, fully insured vehicle





-ABN (subcontractor position)

-Previous disability support experience is preferred

-Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach
