Field Scheduling Specialist to lead the coordination of hardware installations across retail locations. Working closely with field technicians, third-party contractors, customers and internal teams, you'll ensure deployments are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate field technicians and third-party contractors for retail technology installations
- Manage deployment schedules, hardware logistics and project timelines
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and support field teams throughout delivery
- Liaise with customers to coordinate installation activities and provide updates
- Monitor performance, prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes
- Work closely with project, operations and logistics teams to ensure successful deployments
- Lead and support a small scheduling team
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years' experience in field scheduling, service coordination or resource planning
- Experience coordinating field technicians, contractors or installation teams
- Robust stakeholder management and customer communication skills
- A background in technology, telecommunications, field services or logistics is highly regarded
- Experience using scheduling or project management tools such as Asana, Zendesk, Mission Control or similar
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
