We are seeking skilled and reliable Field Service Technicians to join our growing team in Darra.
As part of a nationally recognised business, you'll work on a range of construction and earthmoving equipment, providing servicing, diagnostics and repairs that keep our customers operating efficiently and safely. We're looking for technicians with strong mechanical aptitude, a commitment to quality workmanship, and a desire to build a long-term career with a growing organisation. What You'll Be Doing You'll play a critical role in supporting our customers and maintaining equipment to the highest standard.
Your Responsibilities Will Include Performing maintenance, servicing and repairs on construction and earthmoving equipment
Diagnosing faults and carrying out effective troubleshooting and repairs
Completing equipment inspections and preparing machines for delivery
Undertaking field service work at customer sites (for field-based positions)
Completing workshop repairs and equipment preparation
Accurately completing job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation
Maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping and workmanship
Providing professional, customer-focused service and support
Working independently while collaborating with the broader service team About You We're looking for motivated technicians who take pride in their work and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
To Be
Successful, You'll Have Trade qualification in Mobile Plant Technology, Heavy Diesel Mechanics or a related field
Experience servicing and repairing construction, earthmoving or mobile equipment
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Excellent time management and organisational skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team A flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities
Robust communication skills and a professional attitude A current driver's licence (essential)
