Melbourne field role | Start and finish your day from home

Our head office is in Craigieburn, but you won’t need to travel there every morning. You’ll generally travel directly from home to customer sites and only come into the office when needed.

Dental equipment experience is essential.

What you’ll be doing

- You’ll be out in the field supporting dental practices across Melbourne and Victoria, including:
- Servicing and repairing dental equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Equipment installations
- Preventative maintenance
- Attending breakdowns and technical callouts
- Looking after customers and helping keep their practices running

You’ll manage your own day in the field, with the freedom to make decisions and get on with the job, knowing there’s a team behind you when you need support.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an experienced dental equipment technician who:

- Knows their way around dental equipment
- Is a strong fault finder and problem solver
- Takes pride in doing things properly
- Is good with customers
- Can work independently without needing to be managed all day
- Is reliable, organised and easy to work with
- Has a current Australian Driver Licence

A Restricted Electrical Licence and electrical or electronic qualifications would be highly regarded.
