Our client is an established business in the services space with a busy, team-oriented finance team. They are looking for a reliable and proactive administrator to join them on a temp-to-perm basis.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this is a broad finance administration role. The main focus is coordinating financial securities such as bonds and bank guarantees, alongside general finance support and some backup assistance to the payroll team.

Responsibilities include

- Coordinating and preparing documentation for bonds, bank guarantees and other financial securities
- Liaising with internal teams and external providers including banks and brokers
- Maintaining registers and trackers, and monitoring expiry dates, renewals, amendments and cancellations
- Supporting general finance reporting and administration
- Providing backup data-entry support to the payroll team (no responsibility for monthly payroll runs)

About You





- Tertiary qualification in accounting, business or finance
- Finance or accounts administration experience, ideally with some exposure to bonds or securities
- Strong administration skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with people internally and externally
- Proactive, dependable and able to manage competing priorities
- Advanced Excel and solid MS Office skills
- Payroll experience is not essential.
