Mix of commercial finance and stakeholder engagement responsibilities

Highly visible business partnering role

Sydney | Land of the Gadigal People We're looking for a commercially astute Finance Business Partner who enjoys working closely with senior leaders, influencing decisions, improving financial performance and turning financial insights into business outcomes. In this highly visible role, you'll support our National Operations function, providing analysis, forecasting and strategic advice that will help shape future planning and performance outcomes The Opportunity: Partner closely with National Operations leaders to provide trusted financial advice and commercial support.

Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting insights.

Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts and strategic planning activities.

Assist with month-end reporting, financial analysis, payroll reporting and cost allocations.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes and AI-enabled solutions.

Act as the key finance contact for operational stakeholders, helping solve business challenges and improve financial outcomes.

About You: You'll be a naturally curious, commercially savvy finance professional who enjoys building relationships and influencing outcomes. CA or CPA qualifications with post-qualified experience in a Finance Business Partnering, FP&A; or commercial finance role.

Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capability. [

Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the confidence to engage with senior leaders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering practical business solutions.





Advanced Excel and finance systems experience, with exposure to tools such as TM1 Cognos, Business Intelligence platforms or PeopleSoft highly regarded.

The ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
