If you're looking for a role where your analysis influences multi-billion-dollar investment decisions rather than simply reporting results, this opportunity offers genuine commercial impact.
DMC Recruitment is partnering with one of Recent South Wales' most significant infrastructure organisations, delivering a portfolio of complex, state-shaping projects with long-term economic and community significance.
As Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside project and commercial leaders, providing financial insight that supports better decisions, stronger project performance and improved commercial outcomes across a portfolio of major construction projects.
The Role
Working closely with senior stakeholders across finance, project delivery and commercial teams, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end financial management of multiple concurrent infrastructure projects.
- Own month-end reporting, forecasting and budgeting processes across the portfolio.
- Partner with Project Directors and commercial leaders to provide financial guidance and performance insights.
- Analyse project performance, identifying risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
- Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts and performance dashboards.
- Support business planning and investment decisions with robust financial analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement across financial reporting,
controls and processes.
This is a highly visible role where finance is embedded within the decision-making process and contributes directly to project outcomes.
