About The Organisation We are partnering with a large and well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their finance team on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a cooperative finance function, partnering with stakeholders to support commercial decision-making and financial performance.

The role

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and business partnering support across the organisation. Working alongside an experienced Finance Business Partner, you will provide financial insights, develop business cases and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- Prepare month-end reporting and financial commentary




- Develop financial models to support business decisions
- Prepare and review capital expenditure reporting
- Prepare business cases to support strategic initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and commercial advice
- Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and financial performance

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or FP&A; Analyst
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting experience
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Experience preparing business cases
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Power BI experience is highly regarded
- TechnologyOne experience is desirable
- Commercial mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
